SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that's included with many Medicare Plans. SilverSneakers members have full access to all membership priviledges at Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation.
SilverSneakers members can:

Use the facility, including fitness rooms and pools.

Access all fitness classes including those not labeled as SilverSneakers classes.
