Best for a meeting, seminars, small groups. NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES.
The Conference Room is located on the top floor of our facility and is the perfect meeting space. This room accommodates up to 25 individuals comfortably.
RENTAL FEE: $40/hour for up to two hours.
Available on first come first serve basis.

COLLEGE PARK GYMNASIUM
Best for corporate and large group events.
Party Package that includes 1/2 the gymnasium for refreshments for 1 hour and 10 pool passes for $125+tax. We also have a "Party Package" without pool passes that includes 1/2 the gym for 1 hour for $60+tax
Party packages are limited to weekends only.
ALL rentals must be paid in full to finalize the reservation.
